There are many delicious casual dining options in Steamboat. Here are some of my go-to orders. Nothing fancy, only scrumptious every single time. I hope you find your ‘Boat favorites too.
#1. 🥗 Jen’s Chicken Salad at Freshies.
If you are a fan of a great chicken salad, this recipe will hook you for life. It’s impossible to order anything else.

#2. Any Soup & 🍞 Bread at Riverside Cafe in the library.
Every single item on the menus tastes like love. It’s kinda weird. Try anything and find out what I mean.
#3. 🍪 Ice cream cookie sandwich and the Happy Hour burger at Primrose.
The burger is memorable but the ice cream sandwich can make one drive through a snowstorm for a frozen dessert.
#4. ⛳️ Anything at The Patio Grill
Golf or just lunch on the patio – in season – is the ideal backdrop to linger and enjoy time with family, friends, and Steamboat locals who know this is not a secret. It’s a treasure.
