Estimated Design Hours – Personalized Services subject to the Scope of Work
9 Hours of Dedicated Design Time within 30 days – Flat Rate
Services may include:
- Interpret your style. Source materials that meet your specific criteria.
- Create cohesive design scheme as appropriate for the scope of work.
- Present ideas both digitally and on hand.
- Detailed plans, drawings, elevations and sketches to demonstrate the design intent.
- Itemized materials and installation specifications
- Value engineering and redesign for approval
- Documentation for cost estimating by contractor/subcontractors
- Architectural plan review
- Furniture layouts and Color Consultations
